The staff was friendly and helpful . the rooms are close to the subway. It's easy to get around. i used the lockers for my bags before check-in and after check-out. It was really useful. the room was quiet and clean. i liked that the windows let in plenty of natural light.
the pillows felt flat, and i think new ones would improve sleep quality.

The hotel is directly at the exit of the subway. That makes commuting easy. there are several restaurants, markets, and coffee shops very nearby. it's nice to have everything so accessible.

The staff provided excellent service around the clock. they were helpful and nice. i appreciated their positive attitude. It really enhanced my experience. i would come again

excellent location u-bahn station helpful staff basic room absent coffee missing drain cover
The hotel's location proved excellent. I appreciated being right next to the U-Bahn station, it made getting around very straightforward. Shops are conveniently close too (I noticed a Netto and a dm right next door). I found the staff helpful .
The room felt rather basic to me. There was no coffee available in the room. I found the absence of a drain cover in the sink a bit odd. (Not the best, I must admit).

The location was very convenient because it was near public transport. I thought it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, I'm grateful for that.
The shower had a bad smell when I flushed the toilet. The tube of the marker handle was torn, and water splashed from it. I found the rooms didn't have blinds, so darkening them for sleeping was impossible.

i found the hotel to be very conveniently located next to a metro station it made getting around super easy a dm drugstore and a netto supermarket were also right next door i loved that the staff were friendly and helpful
